From 2014 to 2015, the Cities Initiative collaborated with NOAA (the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), GLISA (Great Lakes Integrated Sciences + Assessments Center, University of Michigan), and graduate students from the School of Natural Resources and the Environment to study climate change adaptation in Great Lakes communities. The end product of this collaboration was a set of case studies and a toolkit of resource materials.
