This plan was completed as part of the Beat the Heat program. The Heat Management Plan serves to organize and prioritize the efforts of the Beat the Heat Program and help inform future City plans and initiatives. The reviewed heat management strategies are organized into four categories: The Heat Response Protocol, Public Outreach, Home Cooling, and Climate Responsive Design.
